Diversified Technical Solutions  ยท  Website Project

From kickoff to launch, about five weeks

The sequence follows the steps in your service agreement. Content is written and approved first, then design is built around it, so no page gets fitted to copy after the fact.
This is a general timeline, not a ceiling. Every date below assumes a few days at each approval point. When reviews come back quickly, the whole thing compresses, and we have delivered projects like this in close to half the time. Week one starts once the deposit is processed.
Magee Clegg

01Kickoff

Confirm the details, meet the team, and get the working session on the calendar. Everything else follows from this.

Led by Magee. Coordinated by Denysse.
This week
Aug 7 to 11
02We write the content first

Rather than interviewing you cold, we write every page up front, working from your draft, your current site, and research into what is actually ranking for these services in Southeast Georgia. You get something concrete to react to instead of a blank page.

  • Home, nine service pages, Industries, About, Support, Resources, Contact
  • Full draft sent to you Tuesday, August 11
Led by Magee. Coordinated by Denysse.
Next week
Aug 13
Booked, Thu Aug 13, 3:00 PM ET
03Working session, page by page

We go through the draft together, page by page, and you tell us where we got it right and where it does not sound like DTS. This is also where we capture the things only you know: what your buyers actually worry about, why clients pick you, and the stories worth putting on the site.

  • Questions sent ahead so nothing gets improvised
  • Revisions turned around within two days
Led by Magee. Coordinated by Denysse.
Approval

Copy approved. Design starts the moment this is settled, so it is the step that sets the pace for everything after it.

04Home page concepts

A small set of home page directions, including a refined version of the one you already picked, so you are choosing between real options rather than approving the only one.

  • Concepts presented Friday, August 21
  • Revisions on your chosen direction until it is right
Led by Magee. Coordinated by Denysse.
